Lucknow Housing Scheme: Project
completed. Registration of Title Deed of individual dwelling unit/flat and/or
parking, (if allotted) has been commenced in co-ordination with the Kendriya

Chennai
(Phase-II) Housing Scheme: Scheme fully subscribed. Fourth instalment
called with 13th Mar 2009 as the last date of payment. A letter regarding
revision of the DU cost has been despatched to all beneficiaries. Fifty percent
of the increase in announced cost of dwelling units, as informed vide our
letter no. A-507/2 dated 06/08/09 has already been called with 09/10/09 as the
last date of payment. Remaining increased amount shall be called alongwith 5th
and 6th instalments @ 25% each. Click for

Hyderabad
(Phase-III) Housing Scheme: Scheme
fully subscribed. Fourth instalment called with 7th Sep 2009 as the last date
of payment. A letter regarding revision of the DU cost has been despatched to
all beneficiaries. Fifty percent of the increase in announced cost of dwelling

shortly. Remaining amount shall be called alongwith 5th and 6th instalments.

announced during end’ 2007. Project plans approved. Construction is
progressing. Third instalment called with 1st Oct 2010 as the last date of
payment.

Bhubaneswar
(Ph-II) Housing Scheme:
Scheme announced with 26/02/2010 as the last date for applying. Scheme
over-subscribed and closed. Computerised Draw held on 19/05/10. The refund of

(Ph-II) Housing Scheme: Scheme now open on FIRST
COME – FIRST SERVE basis for Priority-I & II applicants only.

Formal acknowledgement (by email or
by post) of the applications received are being sent mentioning Regn. No(s) who
will be offered confirmed allotment, after encashment of Demand Draft (EMD)
within three months.
Note: a) In case your
Employer/ Financial Institution requires a copy of the Sale/ Lease deed of the
land for extending housing loan facility, you are requested to email such a
requirement enabling us to forward the same in an electronic form (to be
downloaded at your end).
b)
If you are facing problems in viewing and printing PDF files, please download

c) Beneficiaries are
advised to clear all dues in time. Delay in payment of instalments calls for
penal interest. Part payments are also permitted.
