Subject : Registration of Conveyance Deed of Flat(s)/parking(s) in CGEWHO’s Panchkula (Phase-I) Scheme at Sector-14, Panchkula, (HR).

 

Sir,

The execution and registration of conveyance deed in favour of the beneficiaries has now been commenced on 25/02/2010 only whoever at his/er own presented their documents. Beneficiaries are required to carry or submit the following documents/fund for completing the registration of their conveyance deed.

 

v      Permanent Account Number allotted by Income Tax Authority (PAN CARD).

v      Original First Allotment Letter (required sub-registrar’s office) and Possession cum Handing over Certificate issued by CGEWHO.

v      Details of Housing loans availed by him/er as submitted to CGEWHO before possession.

v      Latest Money Receipt of Maintenance Charges or No Dues Certificate issued by Apartment Owners Association.

v      Estimate of financial implication(s) in cash for each type of flat are as under for completing the registration process :

No stamp duty is payable for any parking(s) but parking No(s) will be mentioned in the conveyance deed for all legal purposes.

 

2.      It is requested to contact KVAOA, Panchkula about the registration/documentation process so that maximum no of Deed is executed and registered in ONE visit for this purpose. The date/time of visit of CGEWHO’s Representative will be informed as and when it is finalized to the KVAOA, Panchkula. Please ignore this letter in case you have already executed and registered the ‘Conveyance Deed’ of your flat and/or parking,  on 25/02/2010.
