7.                              KOCHI: CGEWHO will entertain requests for execution of sub-sale deeds up to 31 Jan’ 2008 only. Thereafter, we will be under no obligation to do so.

8.                              PANCHKULA (PH-I)

Execution and registration of individual title deed in favour of beneficiaries has started w.e.f  25/02/10.

9.                              CHANDIGARH:

a.          List of beneficiaries who have not made any payment towards Lease Amount.

b.         List of beneficiaries who have made part payment towards Lease Amount.

c.          Letters written to Chandigarh Administration by CGEWHO on 15/10/2009 and 16/11/2009.

10.                          HYDERABAD (PH-I & PH-II) : The beneficiaries who have yet not executed the sub-sale deed may, henceforth, contact our Accounts cum Administrative Officer, Shri L Jagannath on tel no. 09849939216 or email-id jagannath_lanka@yahoo.co.in for any assistance in the matter.

11.                          KOLKATA (PH-I) : Registration of individual title Deed for flat(s) in CGEWHO’s Kolkata Housing Scheme at VIP Road, KOLKATA has been done for most of the beneficiaries.

12.                          GURGAON (Ph-I & Ph-II) :

                                                               i.      Registration of Title Deed for Gurgaon Ph-I and Ph-II: [List of Documents], Annexure : [1] [2] [3] [4] [5].

                                                             ii.      A Clarificatory letter for HBA / FI.

                                                            iii.      CGEWHO’s letter dated 30/10/07 for registration.

                                                           iv.      A letter under RTI Act 2005.

                                                             v.      Implementation of the provisions of the Haryana Apartment Ownership Act, 1983- Speaking Orders passed.

                                                           vi.      Gurgaon (Ph-I) & (Ph-II): PROFORMA CONVEYANCE DEED.
