Subject : Registration of individual title Deed for dwelling unit(s) in favour of

beneficiaries of CGEWHO’s Kochi (Phase-I) Housing Scheme.

 

Sir/Madam,

 

We are pleased to inform you that the registration of legal title deed of individual dwelling unit including undivided/exclusive share of land has commenced at Kochi. An estimate of expenses on different head(s) to be paid in CASH is mentioned in the overleaf :

 

2.                 Beneficiaries are required to send or produce the following for registration :

 

(a)     Those beneficiaries who will NOT be in attendance during registration can  send the details of the his/her and its joint owner(s) as under alongwith the remittance of the requisite amount as applicable to his/her dwelling unit through Demand Draft in favour of the legal advisor, M GOPINATHAN PILLAI payable at KOCHI to the address of Estate Officer :

 

1. FULL NAME, 2. RELATION WITH THE BENEFICIARY, 3. AGE, 4. OCCUPATION, 5. ADDRESS

 

for preparing the Sale Deed for registration format enclosed.

 

(b)     Send a copy of Annexure-I (for details of loans availed) submitted to CGEWHO, HO before issue of possession letter.
