Subject : Execution & registration of Title Deed of Flat(s) in CGEWHO’s

Jaipur Housing Scheme at Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur.

Sir/Madam,

This is in continuation of our letter of even reference dated 30/11/2006, 15/05/2007 06/11/2007 and 13/02/2008 and, inviting all beneficiaries of Jaipur Project to register his/er flat. As per our record, 45+ beneficiaries have yet to execute the title in his/er favour. Due to revision of DLC rates by the Govt. of Rajasthan, financial implication(s) on account of stamp duty, registration fees and other charges have been increased for registration each type of flat with immediate effect.

2. The financial implications on account of Stamp duty, Registration fees and legal, documentation & misc. incidental expenses may be viewed by clicking here {for male and female separate charges applicable} as per the recent guidelines of Govt. of Rajasthan. The charges of legal advisor as mentioned in Col.13 has also increased. The registration through this legal advisor is NOT mandatory.

3. You are, therefore, requested to visit Jaipur personally and carry all documents like i) Allotment letter ii) All Payment receipt(s) iii) Possession/handing over letter/certificate iv) 4 copies of coloured passport size photograph(s) and v) PAN and Identity Card while proceeding for execution and registration of the flat.
