Subject : Registration
of Title Deed of Flat(s)/parking(s) in CGEWHO’s
Hyderabad(Phase-I)
Project at Miyapur & (Phase-II) at Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
Sir/Madam,
Beneficiaries
of both phases of Hyderabad project are requested to get their flat registered
as early as possible. Type wise financial implications and procedure for
registration are given herein under :
2. : Procedure for Registration :
Beneficiaries
are requested to check the availability of CGEWHO’s AAO, Shri L Jagannath over telephone.
Normally, process of Registration is done once in a week, generally on
Thursdays if it is a working day or on another mutually agreed day as detailed
below:
(a)
Beneficiaries should reach there at Hyderabad on a Monday/Tuesday,
along with the required cash.
(b)
Obtain ‘No Dues’ Certificate from KVAOA’s office.
(c)
Contact CGEWHO’s
AAO, Shri L Jagannath and get the Documents prepared by Wednesday.
(d)
Registration process will be carried out at 1030
hrs on Thursday morning, to avoid rush etc.

are, therefore, requested to carry all documents like i) Allotment
letter ii) All Payment receipt(s) iii) Possession/handing over
letter/certificate iv) 4 copies of coloured passport size photograph(s) v)
PAN/Identity Card and vi) one photograph showing elevation &
block No. and other one of front door showing Flat No. each of size 8x4
inches while proceeding for execution and registration of sale deeds of the
