Central
Govt. Employees Welfare Housing Organization (CGEWHO), an autonomous body
functioning under the administrative control of M/o Housing & Urban Poverty
Alleviation, undertakes housing schemes on NO PROFIT NO LOSS basis as a welfare
measure for Central Govt. Employees.
2. We
invite your attention to above referred notification(s) in different English
dailies for execution and registration of Deed of Declaration from
CGEWHO and Deed of Apartment(s) by the beneficiaries/allottee(s) of each
Group Housing plot(s) in HUDA sector(s), allotted to Welfare organization(s) in
Haryana state as per Haryana Apartment Owners’ Act 1983.
3. CGEWHO
was allotted three group housing plots allotted by HUDA in different urban
estates and completed the construction of housing projects on there plot(s) as
detailed below :

4. We are in process of drafting the
contents of Deed of Declaration including Exibit-A, Exibit-B and
undivided share of Common properties/amenities a) C/o Common
properties/amenities in general to be used by all apartment owner(s) of the
complex, b) C/o Common properties/amenities to be used by apartment
owner(s) of each Block and

c) C/o Common properties/amenities to be
used by the apartment owner(s) of
each floor which require more time. Moreover, we are facing hardship to
prepare the above annexure(s) which part and parcel to the deed of
declaration since Haryana Apartment Owners’ Act 1983 is at its virgin state
of implementation and public in general including specialized advocates
do NOT know much about the act, specially its implementation part.
5. In view of the above circumstances, we
request you to extend the last date(s) for execution and registration of Deed
of Declaration from CGEWHO and Deed of Apartment(s) by the
respective beneficiarie(s)/allottee(s) for another 3 months time. A
guidelines on its implementation part may please be sent to us.
