This is to inform you that the registration of legal title deed of individual dwelling unit/parking stilt will be co-ordinated from CGEWHO’s Head Office only. Beneficiaries are requested to submit their application to this office through email cgewho@nic.in or Fax (011-23717250) or by post.

3.                Beneficiaries/ Power Of Attorney (POA) holders are required to produce/carry the following documents for registration :

 

Ř       All the persons whose names are to be mentioned in the Sale Deed are required to be physically present on the date of registration. Otherwise, he/she/they will have to execute a power of attorney(POA) duly notarized in favour of person(s) who will be in attendance during registration. For format of Power Of Attorney, click at ‘Title Deed of Bangalore Housing Scheme’. Maximum two blood relative’s name(s) can be included in the Sale Deed.

Ř       Four Nos coloured Passport size (4 cmx5 cm) photographs of each signatories to sale deed are required.

Ř       Proof of Identity of the beneficiary/POA holder(s) in original. {Any one of these documents like Driving License or Passport or PAN Card or Election Comm.’s Identification Card or State/Central Govt.’s Identity Card with photograph}.

Ř       Possession cum Occupation letter (of dwelling unit and parking stilt) along with Handing/Taking over Certificate in original signed by the PM, CGEWHO and Annexure-I (for details of loans availed) submitted to CGEWHO before issuance of possession letter.

Ř       All payment receipts issued by CGEWHO.

Ř       No Due Certificate from Kendriya Vihar Apartment Owners’ Association(KVAOA), Bangalore. or sufficient fund for clearing the outstanding liability (See para-4 of this letter).

Ř       Two separate crossed demand draft may be prepared in favour of ‘Sub-Registrar, Yelahanka, Bangalore North Taluk’ payable at Bangalore. (i)  For stamp duty as mentioned in Col.4 and (ii) For Registration Charges as shown in Col. 5. Demand Drafts should be drawn on any Nationalized Banks.

Ř       Processing and Computer Fees is to be paid in cash in the O/o the Sub-Registrar.

Ř       Legal fees shown in Col.7 is to be paid to the Advocate either in cash or thr. DD in favour of ‘M/s Jaypee Associates’ payable at Bangalore.

 

 4.            All the beneficiaries are required to pay the up-to-date Maintenance Charges to KVAOA, Bangalore w.e.f. 1st Sept 2002 & become member of the association by buying a share certificate costing Rs.100/-(Rupees one hundred only) prior to registration of the dwelling units in order to obtain a No Due Certificate from KVAOA, Bangalore.

 

5.                Beneficiaries/POA holders are requested to intimate their availability at Bangalore for registration giving a clear three weeks time to our Bangalore Office so that the exact date on which you are required to be present at Bangalore may be confirmed. However, a stay of 3-4 days in Bangalore may be necessary for registration.
