That I have purchased a Flat No.______ situated on __________ of in Building No.______(Known as Kendriya Vihar) and in Kendriya Vihar Co-Operative Housing Society, admeasuring ____________ Sq.Fts. (______ Sq.Mtrs.). Built up area constructed on the property being and bearing Bulk land No.05, Sector No.4 known as Central Government Employees Welfare Housing Organisation and situated in village Bhosari, Tal - Haveli, Dist.- Pune of Pimpri-Chinchwad New Town and within the local limits of Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation and the Registration District Haveli more particularly described herein schedule I and herein after referred to as the Said Flat.
I have purchased the said Flat From Central Government Employees Welfare Housing Organisation, Delhi, I have also made the full payment of the said Flat to the said organisation.
Now, the only work in respect of the said Flat is to execute the Deed of Assignment in my favour. But as am residing away at ___________ and as I am Handicap it is not possible for me to attend the office of the registrar of assurances for completing the registration formalities, and hence, I have decided to appoint :-

To be my true and lawful attorney to do for me and on my behalf one or more of the following acts, deeds and things regarding the registration and registration formalities in respect of the aforesaid Assignment Deed or any other Deed regarding the transfer of the said Flat in my name.
1. To appear before the registrar of Assurances or any other offices or any appropriate registration authority to present and lodge for registration and admit the execution of all deeds and conveyances and other assurances indentures and admit the receipts of consideration and to do all other acts, deeds and things in relation there to which may be necessary to complete the registration thereof.
2. To present the said Deed of Assignment and any other Deed if necessary for registration and to admit the execution thereof..
3. To comply with the registration formalities including payment to be made, acceptance of receipts, to apply for certified copies and to receive the same, and also signed on the day book and other relevant documents kept in the office of Sub registrar and receive the original document and Index II.
4. To do all such acts, deeds and things as may be necessary for due and effectual execution of the power hereby conferred by me on my said attorney.
5. AND I do hereby agree and undertake to ratify and confirm whatever my attorney may lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
